Classic Walnut Banana Bread

I’ve probably made this for hundreds time, lol 😆
Very easy to assemble and turned out delicious.
This banana bread is moist, packed with banana flavour and crunchy from walnut. Lovely texture and aroma.

Recipe:
• 3 medium over ripe banana (around 300gr-350gr).
• 76g unsalted butter, melted.
• 1 TBS sunflower oil or vegetable oil
• 1/4 TSP salt
• 1/2 TSP baking soda
• 150g white sugar
• 1 TSP  vanilla extract
• 1 large egg
• 1 TSP Cinnamon Powder
• 1/4 TSP Nutmeg powder
• 205g all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup of chopped walnut

Topping:
[  ] Chopped walnut for garnish & cinnamon sugar (optional)

STEPS:
1. Pre heat the oven at 175 C & grease the loaf pan (20cm × 9cm) with butter
2. In a big bowl, add the over riped banana into the bowl. Mash with fork until smooth but still little bit chunky to get the texture. Add the melted butter & oil. Mix it well.
3. Add the salt, baking soda, sugar, egg & vanilla. Mix well until well combined.
4. Add the shifted flour, Cinnamon powder & nutmeg powder on top of the batter. Fold gently with whisk only until well combined.
5. Add the walnut, mix well with spatula until well combined. Don’t over mix. Then transfer to the prepared loaf pan.  
6. Optional, dip the knife into the vegetable oil and cut the top to create a crack. Spread evenly the toppings.
7. Bake in oven at 175 C for about 50-55 minutes or until the top become golden brown or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.Remove from the oven, let it sit in the pan until it cool down. Slice and serve!
