Healthier Cold Cocoa, the perfect drink to beat the heat specially if you a chocolate lover

Ingredients –
1 cup milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Sweetener of your choice. (I used monk fruit)
2 tbsp Hydrated Gond Katira (hydrate it for atleast 4 hours) I used

10 g Dark Chocolate

Simply blend it for 2 to 3 mins & serve it with lots of ice

– Gond katira needs to be hydrated fully before using
– Blend at high speed to ensure chocolate melts and combines well

Have used the most magical ingredient – GOND KATIRA ! Loved it & it is a good source of soluble fibre which keeps you full.
