📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 1 egg
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/2 cup milk (I used unsweetened soy milk, use whatever you prefer)
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1/2 cup oat bran
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– Salt to taste

Filling:
– 300g chicken breast (I cooked it with salt and turmeric, cook it your way, with your own seasonings)
– Salt, black pepper, and chives/green onions to taste
– 1 tomato
– 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/2 onion
– 2 tablespoons ricotta
– 4 slices light mozzarella

Makes 4 servings, each with 248 calories, 16g carbs (3.5g fiber), 28g protein, and 7g fat, approximately.
