Happy Monday! 💥 Looking to Skip the Seed Oils? Skip the Frozen French Toast Sticks!

As a mother of 11, I’ve decided to skip seed oils in our diet and focus on cleaner, whole foods. It’s not about perfection, but about making the best choices for our family. You always do what’s best for yours, but for us, we keep it simple and honest. 🙌

We make our own sourdough starter at home, and the possibilities are endless! From waffles to pancakes, and even sourdough cookies, we love all the things we can create with it. 🍞
