– ½ cup Hung Curd (strain curd in a muslin cloth for 1 hour)
– 1 small bunch Fresh Mint Leaves
– 2–3 cloves Garlic
– ½ inch piece Ginger
– 1 tbsp Butter (preferably homemade)
– 1 tsp Lemon Juice
– ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
– ½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (Jeera)
– ½ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt (or to taste)
– Optional: ½ tsp Stevia (for taste balance)

👩‍🍳 How to Make Avocado Green Salad – Step by Step
🍶 Step 1: Prepare Hung Curd for Dressing
– Take plain curd and place it in a muslin/cheese cloth.
– Hang it for 30–60 minutes to remove excess water.
– Once thick, your hung curd is ready.

🧄 Step 2: Blend the Dressing
In a blender, add:

– ½ cup hung curd
– 1 medium ripe avocado (scooped out)
– Handful of fresh mint leaves
– 2–3 cloves garlic
– ½ inch ginger
– 1 tbsp butter

– ½ tsp jeera powder
– Salt to taste
