✳️ Ingredients for Yogurt Coating:
170g (3/4 Cups) Plain, Chocolate, Vanilla Nonfat Greek Yogurt
120mL (1/2 Cups) Almond Milk
1 Scoop (36g) Cookies and Cream, Vanilla, or Chocolate Protein Powder (I used @legion – code nickkaz saves 20%)
12g (1 tbsp) Confectioners Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
7g (1 tbsp) Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla or Chocolate Pudding Mix
5g (1 tbsp) Cocoa Powder

✳️ Ingredients for Oreo Mix-ins:
2 Oreos, Crushed

✳️ Ingredients for Oreo Coating (*optional*):
2-4 Oreos w/o Filling, Crushed

👉 Everything that is optional is NOT included in da macros

✳️ Directions:
1. Grab mixing bowl. Add ingredients for yogurt coating. Mix well. Add ingredients for Oreo mix-ins. Mix again.
2. Grab large muffin tray. Add muffin/cupcake liners to 9 of the molds.
3. Distribute ingredients of yogurt coating among the 9 molds.
4. Add to freezer for about 2 hours until solidified.
5. Add ingredients for Oreo coating (*optional*) to another mixing bowl. Coat frozen yogurt cups (*optional*). Then enjoy!
