CALORIES AND MACROS for the entire bowl
489 cals 40g carb 32g protein 22g fat
INGREDIENTS;
– 1 large sirloin steak
– Steak seasoning; salt, pepper, paprika
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– the juice of 2 limes
– 1 table spoon tomato paste
– 1 tea spoon fish sauce
– chopped green onions
– 3 table spoons rice vinegar
– 1 table spoon minced garlic
– 2 packets of stevia in the raw (you can use 2 table spoons of honey but to cut on calories I subbed for stevia)
– BOWL ASSEMBLY; 4oz steak, 1/2 cup cooked rice, 20g avocado, sautéed mushrooms, blanched broccoli, cucumbers, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes, 1 serving topped with lite yum yum sauce
INSTRUCTIONS;
1. In a med size bowl make your sauce with the ingredients listed above then set aside for later use.
2. Heat your grill (or stove top pan) while you season your steak with above seasoning and marinade your steak with the sauce you made for 15-20 mins (season well on both sides)
3. Grill your steak to your liking and assemble your bowl with the bowl assembly ingredients above! ENJOY!
