High Protein Cottage Cheese Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
• 500 g homemade cottage cheese
• 3 eggs
• 300 g oatmeal
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon (6 g) salt
• 50 g linseed
• 50 g sunflower seeds
• 50 g pumpkin seeds

Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, add 500 g of homemade cottage cheese.
3. Crack and add 3 eggs into the bowl with the cottage cheese.
4. Add 300 g of oatmeal into the mixture.
5. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
6. Add 1/2 teaspoon (6 g) of salt.
7. Stir in 50 g of linseed, 50 g of sunflower seeds, and 50 g of pumpkin seeds.
8. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
