Ingredients:
– 600 g turkey fillet
-Potatoes 800 g
-Lolla Rossa salad 540 g
-Cherry tomatoes 250 g
-Greek yogurt 250 g
-Mayonnaise 100 g
-Dried garlic 5 g
-Salt
-Black pepper
-Paprika
-Vegetable oil
-Lemon juice
Place the turkey fillet, salt, and black pepper in an air fryer for 30 minutes (15 minutes on each side) at 200⁰C.
Mix the potatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, and vegetable oil, then place in the air grill for 20 minutes at 200⁰C.
Sauce: 250 g Greek yogurt, 100 g mayonnaise, lemon juice, 5 g dried garlic, salt, black pepper, 20 g Parmesan cheese, mix thoroughly.
Put everything together, season with the sauce, and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
