One-bowl mango muffins ❤️

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2/3 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of mango puree
1/4 cup of oil
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of chopped mangoes
Almond slices (optional)

Recipe:
1. Preheat oven at 180°C.
2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl except the chopped mangoes and almond slices and whisk well until combined and creamy smooth.
3. Pour the batter in equal amount into the muffin liners and top with chopped mangoes and almond slices.
4. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C and when it’s baked, let it cool for 5 minutes. Enjoyy!

Note: the texture of this muffin is a bit different from other muffins so don’t worry about not being baked well.
