In this healthy lifestyle vlog, I take you through a week of high protein meals showing you how I create easy and healthy recipes that taste amazing. I’m also sharing my weight loss journey and how I’ve been trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle by incorporating meal prep and healthy recipes to help me stay on track, while allowing for some flexible diet choices.

I love including lots of slimming world free foods and especially slimming world speed foods to create yummy high protein recipes that are also perfect for meal prep for weight loss.

This isn’t everything I ate in a week I just captured as much as I could just for ideas and inspiration.
