Ingredients :
1st Recipe
1. Cabbage – 3-4 leaves, thinly sliced
2. Carrot – half, thinly sliced
3. Capsicum – half, thinly sliced
4. Potato – 1, thinly sliced
5. Onion – 1, thinly sliced
6. Green chili – 1, finely chopped
7. Fresh coriander – a handful, finely chopped
8. Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
9. Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
10. Pav bhaji masala or Maggi masala – 1/2 teaspoon
11. Gram flour (besan) – 4 tablespoons (2 initially, and 2 more if needed)
12. Cornflour – 4 tablespoons (or rice flour if cornflour isn’t available)
13. Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon (for color)
14. Water – 2 tablespoons (as needed)
15. Oil – 2-3 drops, for greasing the pan

2nd Recipe
For the Pancake Batter:
-1 medium-sized capsicum (finely chopped)
-1 potato (julienne cut)
-1 carrot (julienne cut)
-½ inch ginger (grated)
-1 green chili (finely chopped)
-½ onion (sliced)
-A handful of coriander leaves (chopped)
-½ teaspoon black pepper
-Salt to taste
-2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
-2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida) (add more if needed)
-2 tbsp water (adjust as needed)

For the Broccoli Topping:
-1 small bowl broccoli (chopped into small florets)
-2 small cubes butter
-A pinch of salt

For Assembling:
-Cheese (any type you like)
-A pinch of black pepper
-Oregano (for seasoning)
-Oil (for greasing the pan)
