Soya Tikki for Weight Loss!

Try this guilt-free snack & burn fat the delicious way!

Recipe:
1. Blend vegetables of your choice
2. Add soaked soya chunks
3. Add paneer cubes
4. Add roasted besan (gram flour) – 5 teaspoons
5. Add spices : Salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, crushed black pepper
6. Mix all spices to make a loose dough
7. Make small tikkis
8. Add tikkis to pre heated air fryer( 180°C for 5 minutes) OR Take 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis.
9. Fry for 10 minutes at 180°C
10. Crispy tikkis are ready. Pair with chutney/ ketchup
