Ingredients:
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup watermelon seeds
1 cup seedless soft dates (approx. 20 dates)
1 tbsp ghee (optional, for binding and richness)
✅Instructions:
~ Roughly chop and Roast the nuts and seeds by adding ghee
on low heat until aromatic (2–3 mins)
~Add 1 tsp ghee and dates to the pan and cook till into a sticky dough-like texture.
~ In a mixing bowl or pan, combine the date paste with the nuts and seeds and make laddu if needed greesh your palm with few drop of ghee.
Store:
Keep in an airtight container. They stay fresh for up to a week at room temp or 2 weeks in the fridge.
