2 cups all-purpose flour (plus extra for rolling)
1 cup cooked and mashed butternut squash (smooth puree)
2 tablespoons cooking oil or melted butter (optional, for softer chapatis)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Warm water (as needed, depending on the moisture in your butternut)

Prepare the Butternut:
Peel and dice the butternut squash.
Boil or steam until soft.
Mash or blend into a smooth puree. Let it cool.
Make the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and oil.
