Dahi shimla mirchi aka creamy bell pepper yogurt curry ❤️

1½ cup of sliced green bell pepper
1 medium sized onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1/4 cup of roasted peanuts, crushed
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 cup of yogurt
Salt to taste

Recipe:
1. Add the chopped green bell pepper, onion, garlic, crushed peanuts, spices, salt to a bowl and mix well until combined.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the fennel seeds. When it’s spluttered, add the bell pepper mixture. Saute until it’s slightly fried and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
3. Add the yogurt to the pan and mix well. Serve with rice or flatbread of choice. Enjoyy!!
