A perfect blend of creamy cheese, sweet corn, and bold spices, all stuffed inside a crisp, golden paratha. Ideal for brunch, lunch, or even dinner!
✨ Ingredients:
* 1 cup boiled sweet corn
* 5–6 garlic cloves
* 4–5 green chillies (adjust to taste)
* A handful of fresh coriander leaves
* ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
* ¼ cup processed cheese
* ½ tsp oregano
* ½ tsp chilli flakes
* Salt to taste
* Whole wheat dough (as needed for parathas)
✨ Recipe:
* In a grinder, blend together boiled corn, garlic cloves, green chillies, and coriander into a coarse paste.
* Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add mozzarella, processed cheese, oregano, chilli flakes, and salt. Mix well.
* Take a portion of dough and roll it out slightly. Place 2–3 tablespoons of the cheese corn mixture in the center, seal it, and roll it gently into a paratha.
* Cook on a hot tawa or pan until golden brown on both sides, using a little ghee or oil if preferred.
* Serve hot with curd, chutney, or enjoy it on its own. Every bite delivers a spicy, cheesy explosion of flavor!
