“I don’t have time to cook.”
That’s what my client told me.
She wanted to lose weight — but anything boring or time-consuming was a no-go.

So I gave her this👇
10-minute carrot noodle stir-fry
🔥 Full of flavor
💪 High in protein
🧠 Balanced fats + fiber
🥗 Under 350 calories
And best part? Doesn’t even taste like carrot!

Ingredients:
• 2 medium carrots (spiralized or grated like noodles)
• 1 small onion (sliced)
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• ½ spring onion (chopped)
• 50g paneer (cubed)
• 5 walnuts (chopped)
• 1 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
• 1 tsp soy sauce (or tamari if gluten-free)
• ½ tsp apple cider vinegar or regular vinegar
• ½ tsp raw honey (optional)
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

If you’ve got 10 minutes to scroll, you’ve got 10 minutes to cook.
No excuses — just smart swaps.
