📌Recipe 1:
1 cup rolled oats (100 g)
¾ cup milk (200 ml)
¾ cup oat flour (70 g)
1 tsp baking powder (6 g)
2 eggs
½ cup berries of your choice (70 g) – I used blackcurrants
1 ripe banana, mashed
1–2 tbsp oil for frying
Toppings (optional):
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp honey
A handful of blackcurrants

📌Recipe 2:
1 cup (about 100g) rolled oats or oat flour
2 ripe bananas
A pinch of salt
3 tablespoons milk (50 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
Optional Cherry Sauce:
About 15–20 cherries, pitted
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
