Ingredients:
– 1 whole wheat wrap/toast.
– Ground beef (can be plain or seasoned; use the same ground beef as the meatballs in previous posts, approximately 120g).
– Tomato, onion, mozzarella cheese.

Preparation:
Place the wrap on a flat surface and spread the ground beef over it until it covers as much of the wrap as possible. Place on a griddle over medium heat, with the meat side touching the griddle. Once cooked, add the tomato, onion, cheese, and any toppings you want. Ready! Enjoy! πͺπΌπͺπΌ
