💛 Ingredients:
2 cup makhana (fox nuts), roasted & crushed
2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
1 cup sattu (roasted gram flour)
1 tbsp desi ghee
1 tbsp dhaga mishri (optional)
💛 Method:
Dry roast makhana and sesame seeds till crisp
In ghee, roast sattu until you smell a nutty aroma
Turn off the gas and mix in crushed makhana, til, and mishri
Store in an airtight container — ready to eat!

Take 1 tbsp daily in the evening:
