COCONUT CAKE 🍰
INGREDIENTS:
For the base:
• 2tbsp oats
• 1tsp honey
For the white filling:
• 2tbsp Greek yogurt
• 3tbsp shredded coconut
• 1tbsp honey
For the topping:
• dark chocolate: 2tsp cacao powder, 1tsp coconut oil and 1tsp honey and a bit of water
PREPARATION:
• For the base, in a bowl mix oats and honey until combined.
• Then in another bowl add Greek yogurt, coconut and honey. Mix well.
• Melt dark chocolate in a bowl with coconut oil or make your own by adding in a bowl cacao powder, coconut oil, honey and water and mix until you get melted chocolate mixture as shown in the video
• Line the cake mold with baking paper
• Then in a tiny cake tin add the base part and tap with a spoon until you get flat base
• Then pour over the white filling and flatten it with a spatula
• On top of it pour dark chocolate over it and let it sit for a few hourse in the fridge to settle
And your tiny coconut cake is ready ✨️
