This cherry oatmeal has been a staple in my 50 lb weight loss.

It keeps me full for hours, satisfies my sweet tooth, and takes just minutes to prep. 💕🍒

🍒CHERRY OVERNIGHT OATS
1 cup frozen cherries
2 cups creamy non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon grade maple syrup, plus more to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of kosher salt
2 cups rolled oats, gluten-free if necessary
2 tablespoons chia seeds or ground flaxseed
Topping suggestions: extra fresh (pitted) or frozen cherries, crushed bran flakes, hemp hearts, nut butter, etc.
