Quick & Healthy Bread Poha
This bread poha is super easy to make and a perfect healthy breakfast!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)

1 tsp Mustard seeds (rai)

A few Curry leaves

1 Onion, finely chopped

Your favorite chopped vegetables (e.g., carrots, peas, bell peppers)

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp Garam masala (optional)

4 slices Bread, cut into small cubes

2 tbsp Roasted peanuts

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Lemon juice (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and let them crackle.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Stir in your preferred chopped vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.

Add turmeric powder, salt, and garam masala (if using), and mix well.

Add the bread cubes and gently toss to coat them with the spices and vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bread is lightly toasted.

Finally, mix in the roasted peanuts.

Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired. Serve hot and enjoy your perfect breakfast!
