With this simple recipe, you can have a healthy and unique bread at home.

✅ Multigrain Toast Bread
200 grams bread flour
50 grams wheat flour
50 grams barley flour
50 grams rye flour
30 grams mixture of sesame, rolled oats, and flax seeds
250 ml water
5 grams yeast
20 grams powdered milk
7 grams salt
10 grams brown sugar
25 grams butter
🟠 For topping the bread: 1 tablespoon each of sesame, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds
🟤 Bake in the oven at 190°C (374°F) for 25 to 30 minutes.
