Today’s video is a fulllll what I eat in a day and glimpse into my movement of the day, as well! After traveling and being out of my own routine, I love to reset with nourishing foods that make me feel good inside and out. In my diet I prioritize protein, color, and whole food ingredients to keep me feeling fresh, energized, fueled, and HAPPY.

While this is also a What I Eat in a Day video, PLEASE remember that every day looks so so different for me and ALL bodies are different as well! While I do focus on a high protein, whole-food ingredient lifestyle I always have and always will preach BALANCE.
What fuels me may not be exactly right for you and THATS OKAY – again, this is just ONE day of my eats, so never compare someone else’s FDOE to yours.

Breakfast:
Frozen Roasted Japanese Sweet potato topped with plain Greek Yogurt, homemade protein granola, slivered almonds, and cinnamon
Coffee:
Cold brew with Malk almond milk and a splash of OWYN chocolate protein shake
Lunch:
Santa Fe chicken salad:
Chopped romain, corn and black bean salsa, slivered almonds, grilled chicken breast, feta cheese, tomato, & a homemade BBQ vinaigrette
Afternoon Snack:
A couple nibbles of a FACTOR meal prep meal
Good Culture cottage cheese bowl with frozen wild blueberries and papaya
Dinner:
Greek-inspired roasted veggie bowl with trader joes chicken meatballs
Post-Dinner:
Mind Garden drink, cherries & an apple, and a Yasso Bar
Supplements:
Seed probiotics, Lemme sleep, Magnesium
And ALWAYS remember: It’s not healthy if it’s not bringing you joy.
