🥗 Ingredients:
– 250g Prawns (cleaned and deveined)
– 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
– 1 tbsp Butter (for cooking)
– Salt to taste
– 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
– 1 Onion (finely chopped)
– 1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
– 1/4 cup Bell Peppers (red, yellow, green – chopped)
– 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
– 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs
– 1 tbsp Cheese (grated, optional)
– 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
– 1 tbsp Spring Onion (for garnish)
👩🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe Instructions:
1. Marinate Prawns with salt, black pepper, and ginger-garlic paste. Set aside for 5–10 minutes.
2. Heat a pan on medium flame. Add butter.
3. Add marinated prawns and fry for 2 minutes until lightly cooked. Do not overcook.
4. Remove prawns and in the same pan, add more butter.
5. Add chopped garlic, fry till golden. Then add onions and sauté until light golden.
6. Add bell peppers, sauté for 2 minutes.
7. Add chili flakes, herbs, and sauté briefly.
8. Return prawns to the pan, stir gently. Cook for 2 more minutes.
9. Add parsley and grated cheese. Mix and turn off the flame.
10. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot!
