1 big bunch of spinach
1 cup boiled green peas
1/2 cup green moongdal, soaked for an hour
1 tbsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
100g paneer, crumbled
1/4 cup California walnuts, chopped
Chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp kasuri methi
Oil, to cook the kebabs
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt and pepper, to taste

I love California walnuts, the colour of these walnuts is golden & the flavour is mildly sweet. It has a nutty crunchy texture which makes it super versatile. You can use it for Salads, Snacking , in curries & a lot more. The possibilities are endless.
