250 g cottage cheese (I prefer Polish twaróg, it’s drier and works best)
100 g cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg
2 large spring onions, chopped
30 g fresh dill, chopped
1.5 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
100–120 g whole grain flour
