All you need are:
2 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2tbsp vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
3 eggs
4 tbsp. cornstarch (80g)
100g melted dark chocolate (I used 76%)
1/2tbsp. Baking powder or (baking soda to make it more healthy )7g
bake at 180c(350f)for 30-32 minutes
That’s it! No fancy ingredients, no mixer needed, and no extra steps. Just mash, mix, melt, and bake.
