Strawberry Banana Bread 🍓 High protein | oil free | extra fluffy & easy to make!
The ingredients needed:
• 90g white flour
• 70g oat flour
• 50g vanilla protein powder
• 1/3 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1 medium happy egg
• 130g Greek style yogurt
• 20g peanut butter
• 30g organic maple syrup
• 60g fresh strawberries
Step 1. Mash your bananas and mix with peanut butter, yogurt, egg, maple syrup & protein powder into a smooth paste.
Step 2. Add in flour, oat flour, salt and mix well.
Step 3. Eventually mix in finely chopped strawberries & white chocolate chips.
Step 4. Bake in a baking paper lined form on 165 degrees Celsius for approximately 50-55 minutes.
