Ingredients:
🟡 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
🟡 1 and ¾ cups whole wheat flour
🟡 1 and ¼ cups warm water
🟡 2 tbsp sugar
🟡2 tsp instant yeast
🟡 3 and butter
🟡 (Some butter for greasing)
Directions:
📢 Start by measuring all your ingredients accurately
📢 Sift both your white and whole wheat flours
📢 Begin adding water slowly
📢 Add your butter as you knead
📢 Grease a bowl with some oil and place your dough inside
📢 Bake your bread in a preheated oven at 325°F
📢 After 5 minutes, reduce the temperature to 275°F and continue baking for about 45 minutes or until it turns a light golden brown
📢 Once it’s done, remove your loaf and let it cool on a rack
