Ingredients:
Soaked Moong Dal
Ginger
Green chilli
Cummin Seeds
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Butter
onions
green capsicum
tomato
Coriander leaves
Chaat Masala
Process:
Soak Moong Dal for 10 minutes
Grind it along with ginger and green chilli
After grinding, Add cummin seeds, turmeric powder and salt in batter
Then, Take a Pan, spread butter on it,
Then apply batter and mix onions, green capsicum, tomato and coriander leaves.
Cook batter for 10 minutes or until turns brown.
Lastly add chaat masala
