Recipe:
My basic overnight oats recipe (serving 1)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tb chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
1 tb maple syrup
Toppings: berries, walnuts, chocolate chips
Mix everything well (except toppings) and store in the fridge overnight. The next day, add the toppings and enjoy.
