Red Lentil & Broccoli Tikki – Packed with fiber and plant protein
ingredient list:

1 cup whole masoor daal
1/2 cup of water for boiling daal
1 inch ginger chopped
2_3 garlic pods chopped
1 onion chopped
1 green chili chopped
1.5 cups of chopped broccoli
1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
1/2 tsp. chili flakes
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp cumin and coriander powder
2 tbsp. oats flour
1 tbsp. peanut oil for making patties
1 tbsp. coriander leaves
salt to taste

For making yogurt sauce:

1 cup hung curd
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. mint and coriander leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder

For making salad:
————————————–
1 onion
1/2 red capsicum
1/2 green capsicum
1/2 yellow capsicum
1 small tomato
1 spring onion
salt to taste
10-12 lettuce leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chili flakes

Corn & Oats Tikki – Sweet, savoury and perfect for kids too
Ingredient list:

2 nos. corn on the cob
3 boiled potatoes
1 red onion
1 carrot
1 capsicum
2 tbsp spring inion
2 tbsp grated papaya
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp degi mirch
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp zeera dhania powder
1/2 cup oats for binding Tikki
salt to taste
desi ghee or cold pressed peanut oil for frying tikkis
salt to ta

White Chana & Peanut Tikki – Crunchy, satisfying, and full of veggies
ingredient list:

1 cup raw chickpea or 2 cups cooked chickpea (safed chana)
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1 cup grated cabbage
1 cup grated carrot
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp. chaat masala or amchoor
1 tsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt
1 lemon juice
wood pressed peanut or sesame oil for
roasting cutlets

Cooking time: 15 min.
serves: 10 servings
Calories: 115 kcal per cutlet.
