Creamy Carmelized Onion White Beans:
2 15 oz can of cannellini beans
3 yellow onions, sliced thinly
1/2 Cup of sundries tomatoes with the oil, roughly chopped
1 tbs avocado oil
Thyme (to taste)
Smoked paprika ( to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
1 head of garlic
1 cup of fresh chopped parsley
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbs white cooking wine
Homemade Vegan biscuits:
1 cup of unsweetened plant milk
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
2.5 cup all purpose unbleached flour
2.5 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbs coconut sugar
1 stick of vegan butter, frozen
1-2 tbs of melted vegan butter
Fried Oyster Mushrooms:
8 oz of oyster mushrooms
1/2 – 1 tbs of olive oil
1 tbs coco aminos
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
Smoked paprika to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
1/4 cup vegan cream or milk
Avocado oil for frying
Dry batter:
1.5 cup all purpose unbleached flour
Salt
Black pepper
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Italian seasoning
Cayenne pepper
Cajun Gnocci:
Cajun Seasoning:
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
Gnocci:
2 tbs avocado oil
3-4 vegan sausages
1/2 sweet Onion
1 red bell pepper
6 cloves of garlic
16 oz of vegan Gnocci
1 tbs tomato paste
1 tsp agave
1 cup Veggie stock
1 cup coconut milk
