I personally love making healthier versions of my desserts, and this Mocha Cheesecake is an absolute dream 🥰
Made without any cream cheese, this cheesecake is easy to put together and a super treat for those sweet cravings💫

I have used @parsi_dairy_farm’s Curd and Paneer as a replacement for cream, and it works perfectly well to give me that creamy texture. Try it and it will be love at first bite for sure❤️

Ingredients:
-100g Parsi Dairy Farm Paneer
-1/2 cup Parsi Dairy Farm Hung Curd
-3 tablespoons honey
-1/3rd cup melted dark chocolate(70% or 90% dark)
-2 tbsps milk
-Pinch of salt
-½ teaspoon coffee powder

Base:
-1/4 cup hazelnuts
-1/4th cup desiccated coconut
-6 dates- pitted
-1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
-Pinch of salt

For the Yogurt Topping:
-Hung Curd – ⅓ cup
-Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
-Honey – 3 teaspoons
-Milk- 1-2 tablespoons

Process:
– Pulse the toasted hazelnuts, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, salt, with pitted dates until the mixture comes together into a dough
– ⁠Press it down in a container of your choice
– ⁠For the filling, hang 500g of Parsi Dairy Farm’s dahi with weight – overnight
– ⁠Blend 1/2 cup of the hung curd with 100g Parsi Dairy Farm’s paneer, coffee powder and honey – add milk to help blend this easier – 2 tablespoons of milk
– ⁠Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave and add it to the blender
– ⁠Blend once again till smooth
– ⁠Pour this mixture over the base and fridge for a few hours until it sets up
– ⁠For the frosting- whip together hung curd with cocoa powder and honey until it is nice and smooth
– ⁠Spread it over the set cheesecake base
– ⁠Dust cocoa powder on top and enjoy!
