PRAWNS PINEAPPLE AVOCADO SALAD

Tbsp – Tablespoon
Tsp – Teaspoon

Ingredients for seasoning shrimp/Prawns

Washed & cleaned prawns – 500g
Turmeric powder – 1/8tsp
Pepper powder -1/4tsp
Salt – 1tsp

Seasoning prawns

*Add cleaned prawns into the bowl
*Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt
*Mix all spices with prawns
*Keep aside 20mins for marinating

Ingredients for salad

Pineapple -300g
Avocado – 150g
Onion -75g
Tomato – 50g
Capsicum – 25g
(Cut all items as square shapes)
Pepper powder -1 tsp
Salt – 1tsp
Lime – 1.5tsp
Sugar – 1tsp

Mking Salad

*Take a another bowl and add chopped pineapple ,avocado ,onion, tomato ,capsicum
*Add pepper powder ,salt,lime juice
*Mix all ingredients

Ingredients for tomato & garlic sauce

Tomato sauce – 2tbsp
Finely chopped garlic – 3mince
Soya sauce – 1tsp
Chillie pieces -1tsp
Salt – 1tsp
Lime -1tsp
Water -1tsp

Making Tomato & garlic sauce

*Take a small bowl
*Add tomato sauce ,chopped garlic ,soya sauce ,chillie pieces, salt, lime juice
*Mix well until you have a fine sauce

Ingredients for frying prawns/shrimp

Marinated prawns
Oil – 3tbsp
Butter – 2tbsp
Handful of drumstick leaves
Parsley(small amount )

Frying prawns

*Take a pan and add oil for frying
*Fry marinated prawns in medium heat around 3mins
*Turn side to side
*Close from a lid around 2-4mins
*Let it fry another 2mins until light brown color
*Add butter
*Mix butter with prawns
*Add prepared tomato& garlic sauce
*Add drumstick leaves
*Finally add fried prawns with salad
*Garnish with parsley
