This is my post workout meal for fat loss. It’s high in Protine and low in calories.
It’s just have 570 calories and 33g of protein.12g of fiber. 26g of carbohydrates and 26g of fat.

Ingredients:

100g Brocoli
100g paneer
30g moong
1 whole egg
1 apple
3tsp olive oil
1tsp of hummus
