📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
– 3 tablespoons of water
– 6 oz / 170 g of oat flakes (about 1¾ cup)
– 2 teaspoons of baking powder (cake yeast)
– 2 tablespoons of culinary sweetener

– 2 apples
– 1 tablespoon of honey (you can substitute it with brown sugar if you like)

Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 25 minutes.
