My #1 and best bread tip is to maintain a healthy sourdough starter and to maintain a healthy sourdough starter. It needs to be used. So, give it a healthy feeding, gather some recipes and get started.

I have a baby and a toddler and baking. Every day is nearly impossible, so I really rely on my older kids to help me. I feed my starter, and then I typically look up a recipe for them and they simply follow it.

We started out with box cakes years ago, and I only started #sourdough three years ago. We have always loved to bake, sourdough has been the best thing to add to our kitchen as there is so much science involved & connection!
