I recently stayed in a hotel for 7 days and my breakfast was chia pudding for all 7 days. That much I like chia pudding.
Recipe
1) In 1/2 cup coconut milk, add 1/8 cup chia seeds. Mix and keep it overnight.
2) Add some nuts and honey. I have added honey covered nuts
3) Chop some lychee
4) Layer above mixture with chia-milk mixture and serve.
