🔹1 tsp jaggery/maple syrup 21 cal
🔹4 chopped almond 28 cal
🔹1 tbsp dry roasted pumpkin seeds 47 cal
🔹1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
🔹1/2 Banana 45 cal
🔷Total Calorie Count 368.5 cal
🔷Total Protein Count 14 g
🔹🔹For diabetic people avoid jaggery/ maple syrup(Best to take advice from your doctor).
