Loaded with flavor and goodness, this high-protein slider is made with juicy grilled paneer and quick pickled veggies — perfect for a light meal or satisfying snack 🌧️💪
🧡 How I made (Super Easy):
Take your fav veggies — I used carrot, onion, capsicum, green chillies —
add lemon juice + salt and just let them sit for 10 mins.
Trust me, it takes the recipe to the next level — I swear! 😍
Then I grilled paneer slices on a pan with a little oil and salt till golden.
Mixed hung curd + crushed garlic + salt + oregano + chilli flakes into a thick creamy spread.
Layered it all on whole wheat buns, topped with the pickled veggies, and pan toasted the buns till crisp.
That’s it — done! 🧡
You can enjoy it as a snack, light lunch, or post-walk meal.
Ingredients (2 serving):
2 Whole wheat pav
80g low fat Paneer
1.5 tbsp low fat Hung curd
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup Onion, carrot, capsicum, green chilli (mixed pickled)
1-2 Garlic (crushed)
Lemon juice, green chillies, oregano, chilli flakes, salt – to taste
