Healthy Shawarma Wrap!

Guilt-free, protein-rich & better than takeout!

Ingredients:
Chicken Filling:
• 350g boneless chicken
• 1 tbsp red chilli powder
• 1 tbsp pepper powder
• ½ tbsp cumin powder
• 1 tbsp garam masala
• 1 tbsp chicken masala (optional)
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 4-5 tbsp curd

Healthy Mayo:
• 100g paneer
• 15-20 cashews (soaked in hot water for 20 mins)
• 5-6 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp pepper
• ½ tbsp lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Herbs (optional).

Wrap (Chapati):
• Atta
• ¼ cup milk
• Water as needed
• Salt to taste

👩‍🍳 Recipe:
1. Mix chicken with all the spices, curd & lemon juice.
2. Marinate for 20 mins.
3. Cook on tawa with 1 tbsp oil. Let it sit, then chop finely.
4. For mayo: Blend soaked cashews, paneer, garlic, lemon juice, pepper & salt into a creamy spread.
5. Mix the cooked chicken with the mayo , your filling is ready!
6. Make a soft chapati with atta, milk, water & salt.
7. Fill it, roll it, and enjoy a guilt-free shawarma!
