Ingredients:
* 1 cup milk
* 10-15 seedless dates (khajoor) – seedless
* 1 cup oats
* ¼ cup suji (semolina)
* 2 bananas (ripe)
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp baking soda
* 1 pinch cinnamon powder
* 1 pinch salt
* ¼ cup oil (any neutral oil)
* 4-5 tbsp milk powder
* ½ tsp vanilla essence
* 1-2 tbsp mixed seeds (optional – chia, flax, sunflower, etc.)
* milk -as needed (to adjust consistency)

Instructions:
1. Prep Dates:1 cup milk mein 10-15 dates ko 4-5 minutes tak ubal lein. Phir thanda hone dein.
2. Grind Base:Oats aur suji ko mix karke fine powder bana lein (grind kar lein).
3. Make Smooth Paste:Dates + milk + 2 ripe bananas ko blend karke ek smooth paste bana lein.
4. Mix Dry Ingredients:Ek bowl mein ground oats-suji powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, aur salt add karke mix kar lein.
5. Grease Baking Tray:Cake tin ya tray ko achhi tarah grease kar lein (ya butter paper use karein).
6. Combine Paste & Dry Mix:Paste ko ek bade bowl mein daalein, phir oil, milk powder, aur vanilla essence add karein. Achhe se mix karein.
7. Cut & Fold Method:Ab dry ingredients ko wet mixture mein “cut and fold” method se gently mix karein.
8. Adjust Consistency:Agar batter thick ho raha ho to thoda milk add karke consistency adjust karein.
9. Add Seeds:Mixed seeds daalein (optional) aur halka sa fold karein.
10. Transfer to Cake Tin:Batter ko prepared cake tin mein transfer karein aur thoda tap karein taaki air bubbles nikal jaayein.
11. Bake:Preheated oven mein 160°C par 30 minutes ke liye bake karein. (Toothpick insert karke check karein – clean nikle to done.)

Tips:
* Overripe bananas use karein for better sweetness and moisture.
* Aap jaggery powder bhi use kar sakte hain agar extra sweetness chahiye ho.
* Nuts ya dry fruits se garnish bhi kar sakte hain.
