🔥 Masaledar Paneer Sandwich – Desi Twist, High Protein!
This spicy, creamy paneer sandwich is full of flavour and the perfect high-protein fix — whether it’s post-gym or your desi lunch craving!
📝 Ingredients:
– 50g low-fat paneer
– 2 slices high-protein bread (6g protein each)
– 3 tbsp curd (dahi)
– 1 small onion (finely chopped)
– ½ capsicum (chopped)
– 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
– 1½ tbsp oil
– Red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, kasuri methi, garam masala, and salt – to taste
👩🍳 Method:
1. In a bowl, mix red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, kasuri methi, cumin powder, and garam masala. Add hot oil to this spice mix and stir in curd.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and onions; sauté till golden.
3. Add capsicum and paneer cubes. Pour in the curd-spice mix and cook until all the water evaporates.
4. Spread the mixture onto protein bread slices and toast on both sides until crisp and golden.
