I N G R E D I E N T S : (serves 1)
for Katsu Paneer –
1/2 cup oats flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/4 cup milk or as required
100gm Low Fat Paneer
Some bread crumbs
for SALAD –
Some Ice berg Lettuce
for SALAD DRESSING –
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
10 cashew soaked with water
50gm paneer
