🍳 HIGH PROTEIN RICE CAKE EGG SANDWICH 💪
A fat-loss friendly breakfast that’s high in protein, low in calories, and BIG on flavor.

🔥 Ingredients:
• 5 Plain Rice Cakes
• 150g Egg Whites
• 2 Slices Lean Turkey Bacon
• 30 Calories Worth of Low-Fat Cheese
• Spinach, Tomato, Onion & Sauerkraut
• Cheddar Cheese Seasoning (optional)
• Seasonings:
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
– 1/2 tsp Parsley
– 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
– 1/4 tsp Salt
• Optional: Low-calorie condiments or seasonings of your choice

👨‍🍳 How to Make:
1. Cook egg whites with spinach, tomato, onion, and your seasonings.
2. Pan-fry or air-fry turkey bacon until crisp.
3. Layer the egg mix, bacon, and cheese on top of each rice cake.
4. Sprinkle with cheddar seasoning or your favorite spice combo.
