✅ Ingredients:

1 cup tender pumpkin (grated or finely shredded) – use young, soft pumpkin

1 small tomato (chopped)

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1 green chili (optional, finely choppe

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1 tsp honey or jaggery powder (optional – for sweetness)

A handful of soaked peanuts, sunflower seeds, or sesame seeds (optional for crunch)
